SEATED CONCERT - General admission.
Stephan Eicher is a Swiss singer, songwriter, and musician. A versatile artist and pioneer in his field, he is known for his musical style that crosses boundaries between rock, French chanson, electronic music, and pop. Stephan Eicher discovered the stage with his first band, the Noise Boys, in 1977. Two years later, he created Grauzone with his younger brother Martin, a techno-punk band and electronic music forerunner. The track Eisbär brought them mainstream success, selling 500,000 copies in Germany and Switzerland. The triumph continued with the album I Tell This Night in 1986.
Then came his meeting with novelist Philippe Djian, who began writing French lyrics for Stephan Eicher starting with the 1989 album My Place, featuring the famous hit Déjeuner en paix. On stage, Stephan Eicher delivers genuine shows reinvented a thousand times over. The first single, Combien de temps, from his third album Silence also quickly became a classic of his repertoire.
Starting from this album, Stephan Eicher decided to step away slightly from his computers for the joy of playing with other musicians to show that there is life beyond them.
Stephan Eicher continues to reinvent himself across the decades, exploring new sounds and artistic approaches, such as performing in a one-man musical show titled Seul en scène, directed by François Gremaud.
