The story
La Tablée des Copains is coming to Lattes.
On September 12, Le Brasero des Copains invites you to Domaine de Causse for a grand gourmet and festive evening centered around fire, wine, music, and sharing.
Upon arrival, you will be given a tasting glass. It will allow you to explore the various wine stands, discover the featured vintages, and select those that will accompany your evening.
On the culinary side, the evening will be punctuated by a true gourmet journey created by Le Brasero des Copains.
To start, you will discover a carving station featuring ham and gravlax salmon.
Dinner will then continue around the brasero with:
Land: Angus beef picanha cooked over wood fire
Sea: Tuna loin
Sides: Baby potatoes
The banquet will continue with a sharing cheese platter, before ending with a specialty from Le Brasero des Copains: Brioche French Toast with salted butter caramel.
Throughout the evening, the musical atmosphere will be provided by a DJ accompanied by a saxophonist, with a gradual build-up of the atmosphere until the shift to party mode.
Evening schedule:
7:00 PM: Doors open and discovery of wine tasting stands
8:00 PM: Start of dinner and launch of the banquet
11:00 PM: End of dinner and time to party
1:00 AM: End of the event
More than just a simple dinner, La Tablée des Copains was designed as a true experience to be shared with friends, in a charming estate on the outskirts of Montpellier.
