Galloping distortion and a smoking vocal from the bowels of despair. Think HELLSHOCK, but with a merciless, frozen, and spectral gloom. Think EFFIGY, but with the voice of a cursed beast. Think of everything that travels on low frequencies and the guitar that travels even lower; a clean cut at shoulder height.

My War is a powerviolence duo from Legnano, founded by Giorgio (bass/vocals) and Andriy (drums/vocals) in 2018, but who only managed to record their first demo, "Power Means Violence," in the summer of 2022.

This was followed by a split with the Americans Fat, Drunk and Stupid in 2023, in which they continue to offer sounds similar to the previous demo, and in 2024 they released the EP Emo Punks Against The World, which instead incorporates new elements such as emo and hip hop. This experimentation is reaffirmed in their latest work War Jester Rising, in which aggressive songs of pure powerviolence style are mixed with emo ballads, hip hop beats, and sasscore nuances.

Cranial Putrefaction is a young Grindviolence band from Brianza, fresh from their first album and active for 3 years now.

Their sound combines the tradition of "Stop 'n go!" with the fastest and most aggressive Grindcore and Crust Punk.
