20 Years of Steaming Satellites!

Since their debut album Neurotic Handshake at the Local Clown Party (2006), Steaming Satellites have toured all over Europe and the USA. Having acted as support for bands such as Portugal. The Man, Alt-J, The White Lies and many more, they have already won over a large audience and gained international acclaim.

Their unmistakably emotionally charged sound and ecstatic live performances leave no one cold and leave you wanting more. Their music, situated somewhere between indie, alternative, psychedelic and space rock, has not only been celebrated in the charts, but has also found resonance in the film world, including the soundtrack to the award-winning film "The Dark Valley". One or two Netflix series have also been underscored by the sound of the steaming satellites.

In search of a fresh breeze, Steaming Satellites are venturing into new dimensions once again. With the album "The Great Lime Paradigm", set for release in autumn 2026, the band around singer-songwriter Max Borchardt presents a new side to themselves. A little lighter, fresher and more carefree than ever before. Away with the ballast!
