The Slackers

The Slackers have been a reference in New York ska, reggae, and soul since 1991. Praised by the New York Times as "the sound of New York," the band has released 16 albums, 5 EPs, and played thousands of concerts worldwide.

Still very much active, The Slackers marked 2025 with the EP Money Is King, the compilation Lost and Found Vol. 2, and the tribute single My Last Star. Their 2022 album Don’t Let the Sunlight Fool Ya was their first to enter the Billboard charts.

Backed by over 150,000 followers on social media, the band continues to sell out international venues and festivals, with 80 worldwide concerts planned for 2026.
