Three Second Kiss

The name comes from the Hays Code, the rule that banned on-screen kisses longer than three seconds in Hollywood. Three Second Kiss adopted it in 1993 in Bologna, where one of the Italian alternative scene's most influential power trios was born (Sergio Carlini, Massimo Mosca, Sacha Tilotta). Three decades of math rock and noise rock, amidst sharp guitars and broken rhythms, have taken the city's name to international stages, with collaborations including Steve Albini and June of 44. After twelve years of silence on the record front, they returned in 2024 with "From Fire I Save The Flame", their seventh album: the same tension between melody and dissonance that made them a legend of the Italian independent underground, with renewed energy. A great opportunity to see live one of the Bologna scene's cult bands.
