During the lockdown, while watching a video of Hania Rani on YouTube, they notice the Gondwana Records logo. They start exploring the Manchester label's catalog and write an email to founder Matthew Halsall. The reply ends up in the spam folder. Halsall chases them down on Instagram months later. Since then the duo hasn't stopped: tours in Canada, Romania, Prague, the UK — everywhere their instrumental music breaks down all language barriers. Their fourth album *Superkilen* (Gondwana Records, 2024), the most mature and rich of their discography, is named after a multicultural park in Copenhagen: a place made of objects and stories from all over the world held together by the same soil.
