The story
By popular demand, the second edition of “Tra la Via Emilia ed il Jazz” returns to the Vibra Club in Modena on Saturday, September 26: an explosive evening where jazz, electronics, dub, reggae and club culture meet and transform.
On stage, starting at 9:30 PM, three different moments united by the desire to experiment.
Things kick off with MYND, a project supported by the collaboration with Nuovo IMAIE, bringing together Mirko Pedrotti (vibes & synth), Manuel Marocchi (keystation & electronics), Massimiliano Milesi (tenor sax & synth) and Daniele Cavalca (drums & electronics). Contemporary jazz immersed in electronics, improvisation and sound exploration.
Then comes “Jazz My Dub”: Francesco Bearzatti's visionary sax meets the hypnotic and psychedelic dub of Wicked Dub Division. Two seemingly distant worlds merge into a single groove, blending improvisation, electronics and off-beat music.
And the night doesn't end there: closing out the evening will be Pier Tosi, with a DJ set ready to turn Vibra into a dancefloor until late at night.
Three languages. Three experiences. One single night.
If you love music that dares, contaminates and rejects labels, this is your night.
